Is this for me?

The 14-day Release to Rebuild Your Squat Launchpad is for weight lifters in their 30s and 40s who are looking to improve their squat and lessen pain, chances of injury, and/or improve limited mobility that causes a weaker squat. You will be introduced to The RAP Method, our science-backed warm-up method that is both effective and time efficient. If this sounds like something you want, then this is for you!

What is involved?

Over the next 14 days, we'll be guiding you through a specific set of steps that will help "bulletproof your squat" and teach you how to warm-up your body to optimize your squat performance and decrease pain/injury. This will help "future-proof" your body and maintain not only your lifts but also the longevity and integrity of your body.

We need you to commit to following the process each day, otherwise we can't help you:

1. Read all daily emails/chat messages (we use email and WhatsApp to deliver the challenge to you) and follow any prompts, watch any videos, and complete all tasks.

2. Leave a review at the end of the challenge if you achieved your goals and/or had a positive experience!
